Blasphemous 2 - The Third Sin launch trailer premieres
Developed by The Game Kitchen, Blasphemous 2 - The Third Sin has launched, published by Team 17. The free content expansion takes place within a sprawling gothic castle, where The Penitent One can acquire a new weapon—the blade-tipped whip 'Embrujo.'

The 2D sidescrolling Metroidvania title is included in the PlayStation Plus Extra game catalog, available for PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. Composer Carlos Viola's Original Game Soundtrack is hosted on Bandcamp and Steam, with streaming on Spotify and Apple Music.

A behind-the-scenes with the musician and members of the audio department is streaming on the YouTube channel of publisher Team 17.


Laced Records of London published the Blasphemous vinyl soundtrack album, pressed on four heavyweight analog records. The album contains specially mastered tracks from the 2019 original, alongside music from "Stir of Dawn" and "Wounds of Eventide" downloadable content.

Blasphemous 2 is also available for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Series X|S, and PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. The Windows, Mac, and Linux editions are hosted on Steam, GOG.com, and the Epic Games Store, verified for use with the Steam Deck.
