Preorders open for Blasphemous 2 vinyl soundtrack deluxe 4XLP
Laced Records has opened preorders for the Blasphemous 2 vinyl soundtrack deluxe 4XLP. The album also ships from distributors Arcline Store in the United States, PixelCrib in Australia, and HMV in Europe.

The first three discs are comprised of music from the base game, while the fourth disc selects tracks from the expansions. Bespoke slipcase cover artwork is by illustrator Álvaro Jiménez, with inner sleeve art by The Game Kitchen’s Jesús Campos "Nerkin".

Laced Records previously published the Blasphemous vinyl soundtrack album, pressed on four heavyweight analog records. The album contains specially mastered tracks from the 2019 original, alongside music from "Stir of Dawn" and "Wounds of Eventide" downloadable content.

Composer Carlos Viola's Original Game Soundtrack, along with the Mea Culpa and The Third Sin expansion EPs, are hosted on Bandcamp, with streaming on Spotify and Apple Music.

A behind-the-scenes with the musician and members of the audio department can be viewed on the YouTube channel of publisher Team 17.

Blasphemous 2 is currently available for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Series X|S, PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. The Window PC edition is hosted on Steam, GOG.com, and the Epic Games Store, verified for use with the Steam Deck.

From the PlayStation Blog:
The second scripture in the Blasphemous series portends the return of The Penitent One. Awakened in a strange new land, and displaced from his final resting place, The Penitent One is thrust back into the endless cycle of life, death, and resurrection, with no other option than to explore this perilous new world and uncover its long-forgotten secrets.

Hordes of grotesque enemies stand in your way, awaiting final judgement by the brutal hand of the Penitent One, with titanic twisted bosses also lurking in the darkness, waiting for their chance to return you to the grave from whence you came. How you tackle the labyrinthian world remains at your discretion, there is no wrong turn to be made, only scores to settle.
