The four-volume Atomic Heart digital soundtrack is streaming on Spotify and YouTube Music, including music from the base game and two DLC expansions.

The first volume, from the first-person shooter by Cyprus-based developer Mundfish focuses on "modern, adrenaline-fueled tracks mixing phonk, rock and techno influences." The second volume premiered is scored by Mick Gordon, Andrey Bugrov, and Igor Gribov. The third volume contains music from the "Annihilation Instinct" downloadable contents, while the fourth volume includes "Trapped in Limbo" expansion music tracks.

Published by Focus Entertainment, Atomic Heart is currently available for PS4 and PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X|S consoles. The Windows release is available through Steam and verified for use with the Steam Deck.
