Asura The Striker slated for release on April 24th via Steam
Independent developer LeftOver has slated Asura The Striker for release on April 24th. The soundtrack album will debut via Steam, coinciding with the release of the arcade-style 3D shooter.

Players control humanoid battle weapon Asura in a life-or-death struggle against invaders from outer space. Asura's battle techniques include Shining Knuckle, unleashed by holding down and releasing the punch button. Lightning Over Drive can be activated to slow the flow of time around Asura, but can be depleted when the guage is running low.

Asura The Striker will launch with English and Japanese-language text options. A digital soundtrack bundle will be available upon release. The album can also be purchase separately as a standalone item. "We feel that the chord progression and use of sound is a type of music rarely heard in other games," the two-person development team commented. "We hope you enjoy the unique sense of speed."
