The independently developed title previously received the Audience Award at the Game Developers Choice Awards and Grand Prix award at the Tokyo Game Show's Sense of Wonder Night.
One theme was arranged for orchestra and performed live during the GDC concert, conducted by Austin Wintory. "It was a truly dreamlike, wonderful moment," composer Yasuhiro Nakashima commented via his social media account.
The independently developed interactive novel, featuring design by yona, is comprised of three chapters and can be played in its entirety in about one hour. The 19-track soundtrack album by Nakashima is available for purchase through Steam, published by Kodansha. All tracks are hosted on Apple Music and YouTube Music.
Vocal track "Journey" is streaming on Spotify and Amazon Music Unlimited, performed in Japanese and English by Eureka Republic (Unicorn Overlord) and Julie Elven (Horizon Zero Dawn), respectively. Cover art is by illustrator Hirannko Konohana.
and Roger is currently available for Nintendo Switch. The PC edition is available for Windows and Mac through Steam, verified for use with the Steam Deck. The demo is available for Nintendo Switch consoles, Windows and Mac operating systems.
