Slitterhead Original Game Soundtrack is now available for streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music Unlimited and YouTube Music platforms, published by Milan Records. Bokeh Game Studio's action-adventure game marks Gravity Rush designer Keiichiro Toyama's latest foray in the horror genre since 2008’s episodic Siren: Blood Curse.

The creative partnership between Toyama and composer Akira Yamaoka first made waves in 1999, when the former served as director and writer on Silent Hill for PlayStation, featuring Yamaoka's iconic music score. Previously the Konami staffers worked together more informally on the point-and-click adventure title Snatcher, with the musician contributing as sound programmer.


Titled "Yakushi" in Japan, the story revolves around the threat of mysterious, grotesque human mimics called "Slitterheads." Game director Junya Okura details gameplay mechanics in the latest behind-the-scenes interview, and reflects on the motivations behind establishing the new studio.

Bokeh Game Studio's Slitterhead is available for Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, along with Windows through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Xseed Games' Day 1 Edition for PS5 includes the artbook and the original soundtrack, pressed on compact disc.
